The owners of preferred shares don’t take part in common company management; however dividends for capital issues are paid independently from financial situation in a company, which released them. Capital issues – shares of public corporations are bought and sold on stock markets’ platforms. They are part of the majority of investments portfolios. The price of the share on the market can be changed very often for a short period of time, it gives an opportunity to speculate on price level. However, in long-term perspective, the shares price depends directly on financial situation, and also from company’s development, which released it.
